Great free app!

This app really is what it says, a diet tips app. Im not sure how real some of these are but they sound logical. Thanks guys!

Cant select height

I wasnt able to select a height, there was no option to do so.

Good place to start

This app is basic and good for beginners. Its not completely accurate but a great start! There is some wrong information in here such as avoiding coconut oil and egg yolks. Egg yolks are full of omega-3 which actually burns fat. If you are watching your cholesterol then have eggs in moderation. The balance between omega 3 and omega 6 can actually lower cholesterol. Coconut oil is high in calories but again a healthy fat in moderation and a way better choice than most fats/oils. Ill stop there. :-) This app is a good place to start your healthy lifestyle.

Really obvious

Unless you have no idea how to eat healthy at all, then this app is stupid, it just gives you all this info about how eating veggies can lower your cholesterol and crap. Unless you dont know that you should replace unhealthy foods with fruits or vegetables, dont waste your time.
